This is California Fashion Week

When people often think of California, they think:
Bright Hollywood lights
Luxury shopping
Mountains and Beaches
Casual street-style
Bikini tan-lines
I mean, there’s a reason The Mama’s & the Papa’s wrote “California Dreamin”, it truly is one of the best places to be.
As much as this seems like a promotion to move to the West Coast (albeit a very glamorized version), this was the foundation upon which California Fashion Week was born.
Built by women, for women, California Fashion Week reimagines the modern fashion experience. At its core is a luxury runway event showcasing the best of West Coast design, elevated by local models and creatives.

Founders Mia Laren and Yvon Nguyen have made it their mission to foster an environment of inclusivity, intentionality, and safety for models, designers, and fashion enthusiasts.
But what EXACTLY does that look like?
At California Fashion Week, we take a front-seat approach, working alongside designers and models to create an immersive event that highlights the diversity of West Coast style and culture. But this isn’t just another fashion show in California; this is an all-encompassing experience that tells a story through curated luxury apparel. Highlighted by lights, music, and filmography, we blend fashion with empowerment to create a space where all guests feel confident and represented on and off the runway.
We are always looking to raise the bar, and we want YOU! Your support, creativity, and vision help bring the female identity and expressive spirit of California Fashion Week to life.

While we can’t physically transport you to the sun-soaked coasts of California, we bring the essence of West Coast living to you through fashion, tan lines, and all. There’s a lot more in store, and we would love to have your support along the way as a model, designer, or other enthusiastic creative.
This is the future for fashion. This is California Fashion Week.
